Rackspace reports 2Q13 results; sequential rebound but in holding pattern (update)
It is important to note the sequential rebound was a result of a re-acceleration (or back to normalcy) more than an acceleration of installed base growth. The installed base growth rate is still down from a year ago but returned to recent normal levels.
