Iomart changing acquisition strategy with Back Up Technology purchase
Glasgow-based hosting and cloud conglomerate iomart Group is signaling a change in its acquisition strategy with a major purchase. It’s paying a total of £23m for back up provider Back Up Technology (BTL), most of which is going to come from a loan / revolving credit from the Royal Bank of Scotland. About £3.5m will come from a share issue.
