Zayo Group to acquire pan-European Viatel data centre, network assets
Zayo Group entered an agreement that will see it acquire pan-European data centre and network assets of Dublin, Ireland-based Viatel, subsidiary of the Digiweb Group. The deal is worth €95m. Details to come.
