Fujitsu launches MetaArc globally; acquires UShareSoft, restructures in EMEA
Fujitsu launched its MetaArc cloud orchestration platform globally, following the Tokyo launch in September. Separately, Fujitsu acquired Grenoble, France-based UShareSoft, which was founded in 2008 and has offices in San Francisco and Tokyo.
