CoreSite reports 2Q16 results; retail colocation driving growth amid CEO departure
CoreSite reported its 2Q16 results, which showed top-line revenue y/y growth dropping below the 20% mark for the first time in five quarters. Leasing numbers were relatively low based on its TTM average, marking its lowest leasing revenue number since 3Q14. On top of that, CoreSite’s CEO Tom Ray confirmed he would be stepping down from his position and will be replaced by Paul Szurek.
