Iron Mountain acquires FORTRUST; targeting enterprise customers
Iron Mountain acquired Denver-based data centre provider FORTRUST for a price tag of $128m. This is Iron Mountain’s first acquisition in the data centre space though it has been providing data centre services for some time now. We spoke with management to get more insight on the deal.
