Total Server Solutions acquires ZeroLag; raises growth capital
Total Server Solutions in Atlanta acquired Los Angeles-based managed hosting and services provider ZeroLag. It also raised $23m in equity and debt from J.P Morgan and Layer 7 Capital to fund the acquisition and provide growth capital.
