Mapletree to acquire 13 data centres from Digital Realty in North America
Digital Realty agreed to sell a portfolio of ten built-to-suit data centres to Singapore’s Mapletree Investments and Mapletree Industrial Trust in addition to three existing wholesale colocation data centres through a joint venture for a total consideration of ~$1.4b for both transactions.
