Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA) acquired an 88% stake in AirTrunk at a A$3b (US$1.8b) valuation from previous equity holders Goldman Sachs, Sixth Street Partners (formerly TSSP) and founder Robin Khuda.
