Ascendas Reit acquires legacy Digital Realty data centre portfolio in Europe, UK; win-win
CapitaLand’s Ascendas Reit in Singapore acquired a portfolio of data centres in Europe from Digital Realty for $SGD 904.6m (~USD $680m). Most of the portfolio – 93% by asset value – is in the FLAP markets.
