ESR, a large APAC-focused logistics and real estate platform based in Hong Kong, has acquired an existing data centre and excess land in Osaka City, Japan (within 10km of the Osaka CBD) with a total development potential of up to 78MW IT load or a gross asset value of US$2.15b.
