Ascendas, CapitaLand partner to develop 90MW data centre campus in Navi Mumbai, India
Ascendas Property Fund Trustee Pte. Ltd., the Trustee-Manager of Ascendas India Trust (a-iTrust), in partnership with CapitaLand confirmed plans to invest ~INR 12b (SGD $216.6m or USD $161m) to develop and operate the initial phase of its first data centre campus in India located at Airoli, Navi Mumbai (along Thane-Belapur Road).
