AWS completes initial Local Zones footprint in US; moves to add global footprint across 32 metros
AWS confirmed the completion of its build-out of an initial 16 Local Zones nodes in the US. It will now focus on building outside the US, with a footprint that will span 32 metros in 26 countries.
