Keppel DC REIT reports 2022 results; shares portfolio, SG customer concentration metrics
Keppel DC REIT (KDCR) reported its CY/FY2022 results, which saw it expand its presence in London, UK and Guangdong, China with the acquisitions of one asset in London and two in Guangdong. This increased its assets under management from SGD $3.4b in 2021 to $3.7b in 2022.
