Cyxtera files for Chapter 11 bankruptcy; reports results for 1Q23
Cyxtera confirmed that it has filed for pre-arranged Chapter 11 bankruptcy about a month after coming to terms on a restructuring agreement and securing financing to support continuing operations. Cyxtera’s subsidiaries in Germany, Singapore and the UK are not part of this process.
