What if the data centres are real, but the delivery dates are fake?
CoreWeave has taken a drubbing in the market for cutting its annual revenue forecasts – not for a lack of demand, but for a lack of supply. They are unable build data centres fast enough to populate with chips, to rent those chips, and hit their revenue targets. Tough cheese on CoreWeave, right? No, not so much. Our entire industry is entering into what I have dubbed a procrastination spiral.
