Ascendas-Singbridge acquires Geo-Tele centre in Singapore to convert into data centre building
Ascendas-Singbridge will acquire a six-storey data centre in Singapore from Sabana REIT for S$99.6m (~US$73m) located on 9 Tai Seng Drive (also known as the Geo-Tele Centre) as part of the group’s initiative to expand its data centre portfolio.
