Gaw Capital enters Japan market with new Tokyo data centre development
Real estate private equity firm Gaw Capital Partners confirmed that a fund under its management has acquired a site within the Fuchu Intelligent Park, Fuchu City located in the West Tokyo area where it plans to develop into two 19.5MW critical IT capacity data centres across two phases.
