Alibaba reports 4QFY23 results; more cloud revenue attrition, cloud arm spin-out
Alibaba reported its 4QFY23 (CY1Q23) results, which showed more attrition as China continues to have a late recovery from the global pandemic. Late in the recent quarter, Alibaba confirmed plans to split into six different operating companies and cloud will emerge from the restructuring as a standalone company.
