AWS looking to build in Spotsylvania, Virginia; overflow out of Ashburn
Multiple media resources confirm that AWS has filed a series of applications to develop land in Spotsylvania County, Virginia for data centres. Spotsylvania is about a 90-minute drive south of Ashburn, a one-hour drive south of Manassas and about a 45-minute drive south of Culpeper, Virginia.
