Brookfield to acquire Cyxtera assets for $775m; form retail, interconnection platform through Cyxtera and Evoque
Brookfield Infrastructure Partners entered into an agreement to acquire substantially all the operating assets of data centre provider Cyxtera, which recently filed for bankruptcy. The purchase price is $775m.
